I saw a demo that was advertised on Autotrader and I was drawn to it as I am in the market to purchase a new bukkie. Let me just say that Cassey' Auto Spring you have a super star in Martin Jooste, this man did not miss any chance to undermine, try to patronize and try being sarcastic towards me. This man has an EQ like no other and I'm sure that his IQ leaves very little to be desired. He has single handedly lost me as a potential customer from your dealership and even worse from Ford as a whole. Congratulations Martin, you're the best sales man in the world and I am sure that you achieve tops sales in this dealership, especially in this economy you proved to me that you definitely on water with your world class service with this kind of response ""I've got buyers queuing up to buy this car, do you think I'll wait for you" I am sure that the only thing you haven't sold in that dealership is the phone you used to call me on.
