Inferior goods supp**** by Casseldale Hardware

<p>Two heavy duty windows were ordered fro them and paid for, but inferior quality windows were delivered. This was only noticed after the windows were built in. When the owner was contacted, he was very abusive and said we should have checked. In view of the fact that this was a special order, it was taken for granted that the correct goods would be supp**** (as the owner said he had done) This is untrue as he should have noticed that the wrong goods were supp****. He was not even prepared to discuss the matter further. The inferior windows could have been purchased at 40% of the heavy duty price we paid. </p>
