Unprofessional and *********

Hi, I thought I would let you all know about our experience at Casabella dining at the Pearls. So more than a week ago, we booked and PAID for the Valentine 3 Course dinner and event that they were having. We were seated at 18:40pm, we continuously asked for a waiter to serve us, after more than 45mins, we eventually got a waiter that came to take our orders (he was so rude and sluggish.) we eventually got served our first round of drinks at 8:30pm. We were continuously been told that they are extremely busy, though it was ironic that people whom came after us were having their MAIN’s already. We got served our starter at 21:30pm 11/13 people only received their starters, the others waited for another 40 min... we then asked for the owner who knew exactly what was going on but pretended he didn’t . Mind you, the show was already over and half of the restaurant was empty and we still didn’t eat our mains. At 23:00pm , they decided to bring our mains. We had some elderly people that were diabetic and were starving. We asked them to take back our mains and give us a voucher to which the owner denied.he was rude and absolutely *********. How can you run such a business at such an elite place such as the Pearl ??? How can you serve your customers dinner at 11pm??? I will never go back neither will I recommend anyone to go there. Peter, your staffs attitude is just as bad as yours! Maybe if you dropped your standard 20% Tip, your staff would be more efficient. I am utterly disgusted.
