Prawn shell found in alfredo - Casa Bella

I ordered the Pancetta and mushroom alfredo from Casa Bella. I found prawn shells and tentacles in the pasta! It wasn't a whole prawn that could have fell into the dish so its very possible that this could have been from someone's side plate.
