Removal of goods

Toline Jansen Van Vuuren, had a vet bill totalling R1834.00 from Roodekruin Dierekliniek, dated March 2017. She had made the following payments as agreed upon by herself and the concerned party! On 15/04/2017 for an amount of R600,00 and on the 26/04/2017 a further amount of R500,00. Outstanding balance at the time was R 734.95. On the 02/05/2017 the sheriff of the court, case number 6670/2016 came to her apartment, 5 Ambience Doring Street, Wilropark, broke her door down without notification and therefore in her absence, attached her valuables/ goods to the value of approximately R8000,00!! They further demand an additional amount of R4568,49 currently from her as an outstanding balance that she has no idea where they get this from! Furthermore, if she wanted to get her furniture back she had to buy it back for approximately R3000,00 and or has probably been sold! She was not asked to attend a court hearing and kept to her agreement as agreed. In fact, they had made mention that they had overlooked her payments accidentally but she was send an SMS notifying her of a repayment plan!!!
