R5700 attorney fees not paid back in years

I bought an apartment with Casper le Roux in 2014 but my issue is that I paid R5700 for the lawyers that was supposed to be paid back to me once the bond has been registered under my name, that did not happen I was told that the money was paid into my account but I told them that I ddnt receive it and I sent them proof that the account number that used was not my account , I was told to sort ot out with my bank. Its been years since I've been sending emails stating my complains but no one wants to assist me, its not my fault that the person who was making payments ddnt punch In the correct account . Please help me get my money back.
