Blacklisted without notification

I would like to put them in hello peter as i dont really understand for blacklisting me after i spoke to the owner of the after care and she reinsured me that i must not stres she will make sure that i wont get blacklisted i did like she said i must do the after care did not sent me a letter to say that i must pay 2 weeks after everything got a msg from casper le roux that im blacklisted without notify me that there will be a charge as a followed what betta from bettas naskool said i can do please helo me ...like i did not have a problem to pay the aftercare i just followed instruction and casper le roux did not give me chance to explaine my side after WhatsApp msges that betta even sent them that she will sort everything out still they blacklisted me ...kindly ask for help please phone me **********
