CASIO POOR QUALITY WATCHES

i purchased a casio watch from Cajees at the mall of the south in 2016, a piece of the watch broke off where the strap clips in, this is while still under guarantee, i went back to the store and they mentioned to me that this is not covered by the guarantee, then again in July 2017 i went back to the same store to purchase the same watch again as i have been wearing casio ever since high school (now over 50 years old), again the exact same thing happened and again still under guarantee . They still maintain that the guarantee does not apply. It is sad that the watches are now of such poor quality and the guarantee which is not worth the paper that it is printed on. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS BAD AND THE PRODUCT BREAKS LONG BEFORE THE GUARANTEE IS OVER, ALSO CAJEES HAVE A DONT CARE ATTITUDE.
