Can't withdraw with a registered visa debit card

I have made 2 separate deposits with a debit card and there is no issue taking my money. Now that I want to withdraw they say my registered method is not supported. If I want to withdraw I must now deposit more with a different card. Absolutely ridiculous. This is unacceptable!
