**** Brazial Damage hair

I bought brazilian hair from casildra's hair salon worth R2400 (Two Thousand Four Hundred Rand) 30 th of December 2014 after two weeks i have bought the hair,the hair started coming out when i comb it ,when back to the salon and the did treatment on the hair and she said to me i shud give it Two weeks and come back to them to see if the hair is not giving any problems which it did and i went back.Casildla the owner refused to help me and she said i can go to the police she doesnt care and the thing is when u buy they dont even give proof of purchase and if i go to the police the only thing i have no proof and the only thing i have is the **** hair and adress.pls kindly help me
