Please can CASI Construction Academy stop spamming

How do you get this company to stop sending spam emails? I've tried polite requests and then blocking them - but still they come. And adding salt to their insult is that their email highlights "compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act".

Thabo - please start acting ethically. I've no idea who you are or where you operate your business but I've certainly not got on to your database in a legitimate manner.
