Complaint Cashworx

On 25 January i bought a washing machine at cashworx vanderbijlpark. I noticed that the spin drum is not working. I phoned them and they jumped to help at once. They did all they could to fix the machine. The service was great. On 13 July the same problem occurred made contact via watsapp with them told them the problem as i am still under guarantee. . Now they tell me bring your item to the store for further arrangement.....told them i have no transport if the sales person can please phone me regarding the product. The did not even bother to reply.... No one phones..... Why when you buy something they are quick to help but when there is a problem after they just ignore you. Like thats your own problem......even when im still under garentee
