Cashmash Investment Furniture Removals and Storage

I had a very bad experience with Cashmash Investment Furniture removals and I'm still struggling even now to get my red Fridge. I used this removal company this year in January as I was relocating. My family waited for them for weeks before they can come and took my furniture. The date they were supposed to come, they never came and from then on I was the one who was calling them as I had already paid. My brother who was supposed to tell them which furniture they are going to take he took a leave for that week as they were promising to come and they had excuses every day to come the following day. By the time they managed to collect the furniture my mom was the only one home. My mom gave them also a fridge which was not on the list. By the time they were making delivery I had to pay R1500 for my fridge only. Told them I don't have money but I will collect it from their storage as the driver said the storage is in centurion. Then the lockdown came and we had to put things on hold. When everything was up and running in some Business, I requested for my fridge to be delivered and on the 5th of July I made payment of R1500 for my fridge to be delivered. I got promises and none of those promises were fulfilled. While I was negotiating with them my mom called telling me that her fridge in East London is not working then I promise to send her my red fridge. By this time Carol who's the owner of the Cashmash Investment is not even answering her calls both office and cell phone. I was only able to talk to her through emails only. She promise to send it back to East London, Mdantsane to be specific. Nothing was delivered at Mdantsane. I sent another email asking if she can tell me the location of their storage so that my hubby can collect the fridge by ourselves. She said the storage is in Johannesburg, don't have a problem even if the storage is in Joburg we will collect it. My concern is now I don't get any response from her business email, I'm only getting Auto reply (***), the Business email address. I'm not sure if my fridge is really in their storage or not. I'm just warning people to be careful of this Cashmash Investment removal. Tomorrow I will be opening a case against the BUSINESS and if the need I will take it to a small claims court. What puzzle me is that she is still advertising though she can't deliver. One of her emails she sent me while we were communicating through emails she advertised that she had a 10% discount.
