Cashlink sales King Williams Town - Give them a very wide berth.

I bought a TV from Cashlink in King Williams Town via bidorbuy only to have it delivered without a remote. None of the universal remotes work with this particular model of TV. I informed Cashlink about this and asked for a refund as the TV was unusable only to be told to go and jump. I've lodged a complaint with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman and Cashlink seem to find this amusing as they told me to go ahead - "We're willing to go to court," they said. I find this service despicable and I just want to warn others about them so they don't fall into the same trap.
