Made use of their services on Saturday, 27 March, after being told I won't be able to buy anything at the stalls without their card. Big was my disappointment when I could only use their card at one stall and all the others only used bank cards. Now, I'm trying to cash out the money left on it. The card cost R20 and the refund fee is another R10. R30 DOWN THE DRAIN. Their website states that I can apply for a refund from today, 3 May. Their website says that the card is still being used at an active event. I'm still to receive a response on my email sent to their support email.
