CASHLESS KING NO REFUND, NO REACTION

Attended an event in Sept 2022 where one was obligated to use the card of this business as everything was "cashless". When asking the lady issuing the card how does one get back the credit on the card, she waved with her hand in the general direction of the event and said: "You just ask this people". Money from my credit card was loaded onto this card. No terms and conditions were stated to me and none was shown to me. It later transpired that one has to claim YOUR OWN money (credit) back from Cashless King. Tried to visited the Cashless King website as indicated on the card, but got redirected to a site My-Imali. Searched in vain for instructions how to claim a refund. Found a Whatsapp number by chance somewhere on the site - asked for a refund but was told to claim on the site and received a link. Was very surpised to find that ALL my personal information, photo's of ID and oneself, banking details etc had to be supp**** to this company I do not know and who can give no guarantee re the safety of my personal info! Sent an e-mail to this company informing them I refuse to divulge my personal info to them and requested a refund. No reaction received. Obviously they make it as difficult as possible for you to get your money back and WHAT do they want to do with all that personal info and photo's? I had no agreement with them to supply any personal info to them. My money they received was from another bank, funds already in the banking system, so they must not come with nonsense that they have to verify me. Why don't they verify people before taking their money? Will never attend any event again where this company is operating. You have to stand in queues to load more credit, the use of this card makes no sense and does not safe time as Cashless King claims. I will warn people all over of the way that Cashless King operates - it is in the public interest for people to be informed as such.
