Refuse to refund my debit order after deducting twice , not once

I got a message to accept a Debi check . I accept it but then it says fail something went wrong . They then send another Debi check and I accept that one . The day they pulled off they pulled off both Debi checks so they pulled off R500 for loans I did not even receive or get any calls from anyone and as I try to get hold of them I speak with a women Helena she then takes days to reply back to me after sending multiple WhatsApp messages , she then refers me to a guy Chris and I get a respond from Chris few days later and he want proof of the 2 debit orders . I then send it to him immediately… And that’s the last I heard of him aswell . It’s going now for 2 weeks and I still haven’t received any response from Chris or Helena
