Horrible service and Wrong Order

To whom it may co concern... Tye Cashbah in church street is sooo disappointing. Wrong order was brought to the car and the waiter did care enough to ask why I'm not happy... The sugar cone was so drippy with caramel top, tissues were dirty and stuck to the cone. The ice-cream cone was also dripping. I told my waiter who is Ronald RH wjom served me at the time and date, 07 October 2019 at 03:06. How can plain ice-cream cones be R24. 90. But the menu says R5. 90. Its a shame, this is not a racial attack however should these Zimbabweans not be able to do the job, they should not be so rude and so uninterested in their job. How disappointing and i will not wish for anyone to make a mistake and go to this establishment... It has completely fallen to its knees... Rather ankles. Im unhappy with the service and my order. Thank you for taking my money for ******* and I will not ever step in there again.
