R10000 unit misplaced by Cash4macs

I have sent my laptop to cash4macs for an assessment. it has been 1 year and i have not received my unit back. there is always an excuse whenever i called querying the whereabouts. Lawrence avoids my calls and does not return my calls.

will never deal with this company ever again. the service and negligence is ridicules. i lost an expensive.
