An expensive lesson learnt

If you value your Apple device I implore you to never use these guys. Look elsewehere. Apples4Apples or even AllThingsApple are great alternatives. My iMac went in for an SSD and RAM upgrade and came back with a huge deep scratch on the display as well as around the glass bezel. The scratch is so bad that it literally refracted the led backlight from the panel making it unusable for detailed photo editing. Despite Lawrence saying "we will definitely have to make this right," 2 months later and he's showed absolutely no intent of doing so apart from "I'll get back to you." I told him to buy the machine off me as I was not prepared to hold onto it after what they had done. I ended up buying a new iMac and I eventually sold to Secondbite who are waaay more professional. I posted on their Facebook page after my messages stopped being responded to but my comment was deleted and my profile blocked so that should also tell you something about their acceptance of critisizm and taking ownership of something that was clearly their fault. I wish I had read the other reviews on here before I decided to use them. An expensive lesson learnt.
