Uncooperative Manager

In October of 2023 I bought over R30 000 worth of product at the Liberty Promenade mall branch in Mitchells Plain.Amonhst those products was a Doogee cellphone.The screen broke as I kept on dropping the handset.I also lost the receipt of the transaction as I moved house.I went to the store to request that they emswnd my phone away for repairs as repairscan only be done via their store.I normally request a reprint of my receipt as that is thier policy and upon requesting a reprint the checked on the system and informed me that that they cannot help me as my details are noonger on the system I'm stuck now witba broken phone as none of the local cellular repair shops are able to help me I just want them to send the phone away for repairs and I feel that my request is not out of order.I feel they have the resources to help me but they refuse to do so for o apparent reason.
