putrid and appalling

The service from the Promenade store in Mitchells Plain Cape Town is putrid and appalling to say the least. I spoke to the area manager last week Friday 15th March 2024 and I am still waiting for their email address, since the 24th February 2024 I have been trying to call that store and my word!!!! no answer. I have a whole call log and the whatsapp line is even worse from head office, the spelling and grammar oh my brain hurts. I want the regional manager to make contact with me and get this resolved. I have had issues since the 24th February 2024 with this store. Also whatsapp line gave me a price but the store does not want to fulfil the price as advised by head office, no structure as the escalation process even from the manager Angie in store. Like get some structure and run a damn business with customer service skills and management skills. I also emailed the customer service last week with no response: ***
