Cash Xchange Rosettenville Store Complaint

I would like to Complain about Cash Xchange previously Cash Crusaders Rosettenville Jhb South Owner Chris and Manager Louis Valere. I have been a loyal customer over the years I spend alot of money in this store and So has my Mom Vanessa Berry, I buy Gold jewellery as well as other items to support the store.On Friday 3/05/24 I went into the store with a friend to have a look at the Gold as normal, My friend was interested in purchasing a bolt action gas pellet type Gun, The cash crusaders Sales Lady kindly assisted my friend to view the Gun and He was looking at the pellet Gun which is a normal reaction before you buy something however when my friend held the gun up to look through the scope to see if it was intact he was holding the trigger and the gun went off with a loud boof sound,My friend got a fright as did I as Gas pellet guns Should always be stored with the safety on and are not supposed to be stored loaded.The manager Louis Came Rushing over and asked us what we are doing, We tried to Explain however because I have had previous issues in the store where the Extremely Rude Store Manager Has previously treated me like ******* and I have previously reviewed this store,he chased us out of the store like Dogs saying we are not allowed in the store again. I think this is actually terrible customer service considering it was not our fault the staff have not correctly stored the Gun. There is no signage about Gas pellet guns. I have tried to get the Owners Contract details to advise him about the situation before I decided to post this however no one will assist with his details so I have no choice other than to once again complain using this platform. We have been banned from the store and Embarrassed unfairly not to mention that it would have been a almost R5000 sale for the store but I Guess they don't need the Business. Please kindly assist.
