Cash xchange Robertson

bought a longboard at cash xchange robertson. they did not test it infront off me nor on the cash slip any rules of agreement of purchase. asked the cashier and said there is a 6 month warranty. owner says sorry no refund on sporting goods. so good buy R299-00 I spend on a faulty product. then I guess its from here on small claims court.
