Cash Xchange business practise

Hi, I usually make use of Cash Crusaders to do buybacks when im in need of cash, but since Cash Xchange took over I thought they were using the same criteria for buybacks and lost my TV. With Cash Crusaders there were some conditions attached to your buyback, for instance, after your 1 month maturity date you would get a 5day grace period to either collect or extend your buyback, and me thinking it was still the same procedure, I found out that it is not so and lost the chance to extend my buyback so I subsequently lost my chance. I had no alternative but to let my TV go. My maturity date was the 21st March 2024 and i went to have it extended on the 26th March 2026 but was told that I'm late and that my item was now releases to be sold on the shopfloor. I'm a bit sad and aggrieved as I thought that they would still keep the same practices as Cash Crusaders but was I wrong! Cash Crusaders also used to send me an SMS beforehand to remind me but obviously they don't do that!
