Bad service

I bought 4x vehicle rims, a blender and a toaster last year December 2023.

To my suprice the toaster only worked for a month and it was brand new, I decided to take it back as it was still under warranty. When I got to the store they checked it, all was well and then booked it for repair.

Its already been 5 months past still no feed back, I decided to go back to the store and was informed to go to a guy named Thabiso "who lacks customer service skills" that guy gave me attitude busy telling me that I physically broke the toaster then called another customer in-order to assist while stile busy with me.

Eventually he told me to go talk/ find the guy who assisted me the 1st time in-which that guy is no-longer working there. I was really disappointed and irate as he belittled me and also told me that I came late therefore the is nothing that he can do for me!
