Service pathetic!!

Service very pathetic. I bought a washing machine, cash, for R5000, it never got tested upon collection. it was not switching on, and they wanted to shift the blame on us yet they never tested it. It took them a few days to return the machine, after taking it back to the shop with our fuel.. they never had the decency to keep us posted after taking it back. Had to keep visiting the shop to find out what was happening. When I call, they don't pick up their phone. When it was eventually returned, both pipes had issues. 1 pipe distributing water was leaking, and we discovered it was not the same pipe we got when we initially bought the machine. The other one had no clip, we had to run up and down, with our fuel, looking for a clip we can use. They treated us like we forcing them to borrow us the machine and they were doing us a favour. We wanted a refund, still it was a problem on their side. We had to go again for the 5th or 7th time to complain about their pathetic service and demand the right things for the machine. See me go to that shop again, shoot me!!!!!! I regret ever walking into that store.
