theft

I recently pawned my gold bracelet worth R60000 ,all I wanted was R5000 on returning to the store on my due date I was told that my bracelet had been ****** by one of the staff and they would enquire into the matter .....now over a month later I have been pushed from pillar to post with empty promises from the so called ops manager Shereen.They have left me no other option but to open a case of theft against them as well as a civil suit holding them accountable for the loss of my goods which were supposedly stored safely during the loan period.It is a terrible reflection on an obviously very unprofessional business run by a bunch of ******* buy the looks of things.
