I lost a contract and I was sent to police station

I came to collect a phone I pawned ealier last month and I was told to get an affidavit that states I'm the owner of the contract ,when I sent my goods in they never asked for anything like that ,they asked for my Identity document only but now they want me to waste my time and go to the poplice station,there are other money landers like cash Crusaders and they don't ask for an affidavit when collecting items,they are saying are compmlying to NCR and Sars laws but why a big company like cash crusaders does not stress people abou affidavits .this is stupid and it will chase a lot of customers if they don't change this because we don't want to be struggle for our staff.they never told me about an affidavit when I pawned my item and it was never stipulated in their contract so their. Dealings are not transparent and clear to customers,this was the last time I dealt with such and I don't recomend Cash is King to anyone
