Disgusted by Cash is King

I pawned my laptop with Cash is King and I was a bit late but still within the grace period. I was contacted by Lebo who advised that I had chance until Saturday 11/04/2015. I explained that I would try but I can be at the branch on Monday 13/04/2015. I called the branch this morning and they advised that its gone. I then spoke to Jackie at their head office who was trying to trace it and with the 2nd call it was gone. What type of service is this that you get when you do communicate but then I still have a loss due to people not doing their work. There is so much personal things and memories I have also lost.
