Cash in buyers and sellers port elizabeth

Hi guys I walked into the store while entering I read a sign that says lay-byes welcome,so I looked around eventually I asked the owner about lay-byes and he starts cursing me and telling me he doesn't do lay-buys I said OK but then remove the sign coz ppl will ask and its advertising something he does not do,needless to say the guy goes and starts telling me its his business he can do wat ever he wants so I told OK then I'll report him coz its false pretenses and he starts swearing at me and telling me to get out his shop.now he could've just told me sorry we don't do it sorry about that instead he swears and carries on.
