Cash FX Poor Customer Service!

Hi all,Cash fx is a company that does investments by trading for you and growing you investment...well my investment has certanlly grown,but ive been trying to get hoild of them now for the past 3weeks and believe me this is no easy task..im still waiting on them to get back to me as i cannot get into my account because of my 2FA authenticator not working.. and like i said its poor very poor service...my rating is purely on the customer service but this is the important part.There is no other way of getting hold of Cash fx only through a system that tells you your message has been sent...so based on this n have given them the rating i feel they deserve,,
