PATHETIC *******

I requested three support tickets in the past two weeks from cfx support to do a cancelation and refund due to cfx interest dropping drastically in the past few months and I haven't received any feedback till this current day. They are responding to another request that i have made regarding account access which they also don't understand clearly, They respond and say irrelevant things rather than helping with the request of accessing the account. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM CFX AS THERE IS NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICES PROVIDED. Once you sign on they do not worry about your queries especially cancelations.
