Cash Float Loans

They charge upfront fees. They first requested R2450; once it's paid, they want a clearance fee of R4580. When you want to cancel the loan and request your R2450 back, they want you to pay R980, calling it cancelation fee. I told them to take it out of the original R2450, and they say it's not allowed.
