I have withdrawn money from Cash express on the 9th of December using capitec card. But the money didn’t comes out even the slip I waited there for almost 3 hours I didn’t get my cash and on my phone it shows that I’ve withdraw the R900 but didn’t get the money I went to capitec to tell them my story they said I must wait for 30 days and the money I want to use it for December to buy my needs
