Cash express atm not despencing cash

On 24 th October i went to Sasol fonteine in sasolburg to withdraw money on a cash express, atm number CXBH0348. The atm went off while despensing my cash, R5000 was deducted from my Absa account and no money was despenced. Since 24 th till now Absa frontline is tying to get feedback from Bidvest, I have a case number C***7. Im a pensioner and my rest was due on the 31st, I please assist because this is urgent.
