Very bad service

Staff is clueless about second hand goods I had some items I wanted to pawn asked a lady that was busy with admin if they except these items she took it to the back for the manager to see came back and said yes even gave me a price so I waited after 1h30min it was my turn just to be told by the same manager that they don't except these items very bad experience for the second time. Few months ago I bought a soldering set from them 2 months later went back to sell it and was told sorry we don't buy that but you sold it to me like that but you don't buy it staff member just looked at me like I'm grazy to ask a question like that. Overall won't shop there again there items are over priced and there staff are not trained properly and definitely won't recommend anyone to shop there they are not very helpful and slow they waste your time.very unhappy bad service.
