Payback my money

Cash Balance is a month end credit credit loan company which also rents out money collection devices. Im also in the credit loan business so I paid Tshepo(the owner) 5000.00 on the 11 January 2019. 7 months later I'm still waiting. He doesn't take my calls. He only sends me watsapp to say he will call me back and never does. So now I want my money back. I gave him a chance. Hellopeter please please help me to get my money back. His number is ***.
