Can you please help me get my money from cash crusaders Midrand city. I bought freezer online and when I went there to collect they told me that it's not in a good condition and it's not working but they didn't state that online and it's still available online. They told me that they will process the refund online 1- 3 days because I bought it online and now it's 3 weeks they not answering my messages and emails please help me to get my money and people must be aware of their online ****.
