Unfriendly and rude staff
I will never go back to Cash Crusaders in Bloemfontein. The staff is very unprofesional, unfriendly and rude. The manager was called and he was helping his friends infront of the shop while there was only one staff member working at the back and customers were piling up to be assisted. We waited for a hour to be assisted just to be rudely told that we will not be helped. (MIMOSA MALL) The next day we went to the Bloemgate branch after whattsaps being send to and from them. When we arrived the staff member did not even greet us in a friendly manner. He was asking for my information but was so rude in throwing the pen and paper down on the counter infront of me. He made us feel so unwelcome and we could clearly see that he did not want to assist us. I will never go back to Cash Crusaders or recommend them to anyone.
