Very bad service

I bought a dishwasher in the begining of January. I took it back a week later as it was not working. I was told that they needbto order the part from Defy. 7 weeks have past and I still do not have my dishwasher back. I sent an email to customer care a week ago and they said the owner will phone me. No one has contacted me yet. I phoned customer care this morning and they said they will phone me right back and still no one phoned me. In my life I have never received such pathetic service.
