***** company: Cash Credit South Africa

<p>We recieved an email with cash credit south afirca pty ltd adverti*****t regarding personal loans. We did apply for this personal loan. The loan was approved and then cash credit south africa requested us to pay an amount into a bankaccount. This amount according to cash credit south africa was for attorney fees for apparently drawing up the loan agreement form. Unfortunately we did pay the so called attorney fees into a bank account which belonged to the so called " attorney". We then recieved a loan agreement form via email after the payment to the so called "attorney", stating that the loan amount will be paid into our bank account. On monday morning 22/05/2017 a lady phoned instructing us to pay another amount of R10 000.00 into the "attorney"bank account, before cash credit south africa will pay out the loan amount. Immediate red flags went off. after investigation on our part, it seems that cash credit south africa attorney is not registered as an attorney with the law society and that the so called law firm as indicated in the loan agreement form is also **********, and non existing. We have opened a ********** case at the police regarding this matter and the bank where the so called "attorney" has an account has been informed of everything that had transpired and the bank has marked thus account as **********. Cash credit is registered with the National Credit Regulator, which is very upsetting seeing that such a company,that clearly is ******** people out of hard earned money, is registered with the NCR.</p>
