Pretoria, stranded by loan shark

Stay away, we purchased a car from them, they swapped out the battery for a empty battery which left us stranded, then brought us an old battery that was too big for the car, we had to buy a battery, you would think that you should be able to drive your "new" car at least for a week, we couldn't. Made promises to refund, never materialized, was promised the gear lock pin, still waiting, let us drive off without a permit and no licence plates, saying that we had all the correct documentation, which when we were stopped by police we did not have. Advertise them selves as dealers but when you sign the papers there is a clause saying they are not a car dealership (when looking for a car I specified dealers in my search) the year of the car bought was advertised as a year later and as I inquired about 2 cars, the second was also a year later. They really took the joy of buying a car away, this is over a month and Nico is still saying he will deliver the pin & refund the battery.
