They lose my iPhone 7 in their shop

On the7th of September I prawned my iPhone 7 at cash converters Montague gardens then I took R1300 which I was supposed to pay back in 30 day with the interest of 36% .on 9th of September I went to Durban for work , while when I was in Durban I phone them on the 22th September to let them know that I was out of the city and I was only getting paid after I was done my job which was supposed to be on the 10th of October , so I phoned them I spoke to the manager who was on the durty I explained him my story that I was gonna have money on the10th and he said to me it's fine he was gonna extend my days of collecting my phone up to 12th of October I give them my details ..On the 11th of October I was back in Cape town I went there to collect my iPhone I saw the owner and he said I must wait there are not finding my phone the person who was in charge of that was not around so I waited for about 1 and ½ hours then own came back to me and he said I must leave my number and go home if they find my phone the were going to call me. I went home they didn't call me I called them , I spoke to one of the managers again and he said I a must come the following day around 10 am. The following day around 10 am I send my brother there and they told him to wait because they where not finding the phone my brother phoned me I went there around 11 I saw the owner to my surprise he told me that he was not in a good mood they can't find my phone there is nothing he can do because one of the managers who was working there is the one who they suspect that he store my phone ... I told he that I was goning to the police and open a case and he told me that he don't care he know his rights his in business for more than 20 years... I went to open a case of him ... So the story is still pending and I really need my phone it means a lot to me there was my sim card inside and all my work project ...
