Rude Management of Cash Converters Amanzimtoti

I was selling my property therefore getting rid of unwanted items...took it into Cash Converters Amanzimtoti (Arbour Crossing) ....aside from being ******ed for almost beand new goods, they also refused to took DVDs I purchased from them with thier tags still on it ; when I asked for reason why they cannot purchase it, audacity to state its pirated. There is a white young gentlemen working the tillpoint who was so rude, no manners at all, I told him he has no manners & no apology at all. This was not the first poor experience, the first bad service was when purchasing...we purchased a BlackBerry phone about 3 years ago , took it home it never worked, took it back immediately within the hour, the young male White manager rude as hell didnt want to take it back, after much argument he then processed the return. Then he got arrogant because when my husband proceeded to then buy a tool, he saus he cannot sell it to us because the barcode is incorrect. Malicious juvenile behaviour. The Black staff are very pleasent but you can see on thier faces , fear of the White pwners & white management. Both purchasing pr selling at this particular retailer I dont reccomend. Rather use Cadh Crusaders on Kingsway Road in the area of Amanzimtoti
