yet another loan complaint

I spoke to the Head office about applying for a R2000 loan, and I was told to go to the Seapoint branch to process my application.<br> This past Saterday, I went through to the store, the Manager took my documents, and told me to return on Monday so that he can complete my loan application.<br> I left work early, and went through to the Seapoint branch again, to complete the application like the Manager told me, and when I arrived, the staff told me that he did not want to see me, and that he is no longer doing Pay day loans, and said that it is now closed.<br> <br> I would really like to know what's going on?<br> Something seems really fishy with this Cash Converters branch...<br> <br> he took my payslip, bank statement, and copy of my ID, and told me to come back on Monday. When I get there on Monday, he tells me that they don't process loans anymore, and refuses to see me?<br> <br> All I want is to complete my loan application! its my fiancee's birthday this Friday, I just want to make it special for him.. please help???
