Worst Service from Cash Converters Ottery

Purchased a item and in less than 24 Hours gave issues, cash Converters refused to provide my money back (the store manager) of Ottery hyper market Cash Converters. Their return policy states that any product purchased and in less than 24 hours is defective you may return it for a full refund.

Worst experience as they refuse to return my money.
