Worst service at Comaro Crossings Cash Converters

This has to be one or not the worst service I've received from my life. Cash Converters from Comaro crossings, the manager there is trained to undermine people or even intimidate people by his rudeness, we bought laptop on Friday and when we got home the laptop was supper slow and today Sunday we decide to take it back to exchange it. I did not think that we will be met by such a hostile manager, he was rude, he was shouting and just very unprofessional. We went there to exchange but what we got was so disturbing that we wanted a refund, he told us he doesn't have cash, I said we will wait and just a few minutes he was back with our money. I'm just shocked by this because if we came across someone who was willing to listen to us and offer a better service we wouldn't be here. I will never ever in my life recommend Cash Converters to family and friends.
