worst management

<p>I took out a lay buy from cash converters in Horizon village and kindly asked the manager if she can give me time on my lay buy and she agreed on 3 months, it is not allowed but she will do that for me. Having said that I could see she was not comfortable with something. I did however said that I will be back to come and pay another amount within a certain time. This was just last month ( May 2017) middle of the month. On Friday 23 June 2017 I returned to the shop to take out my lay buy in full amount, I was told the lay buy was cancelled. The manager did not even bother to call me to confirm if she can do that. I was charged a cancellation fee of R 70.00 </p>
