Worst ever

Worst ever. You leave your stuff on buy back but happened twice that I do not get back what I put in on buy back. A simple thing as a smart watch they cannot read the code correct to get my correct watch.And even when you say the item they have given is incorrect they make you look stupid. Lucky I learnt to take secretly recordings and videos how shocking that I as a customer have to take recordings and videos. On this stage they put the buy back stuff that I wanted to keep on the floor and the stuff that I wanted to sell is kept. It is if they want to decide on your behalf what you must keep and what not. My daughter was even in tears and traumatized after 2 incidents that happend.
